4. User Accounts and Registration

• Registration Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information ("Registration Data") and to maintain its accuracy. If any information is inaccurate or incomplete, we may terminate your account.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
• Account Usage: You may not use another person's account without permission. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Email Connection: By connecting a third-party email service, you allow us to access and use your information to enhance your service experience. We do not store passwords from third-party services, only using secure authorization methods to access necessary content.

5. Paid Subscription Plans

Touchs Mail offers two subscription plans, both of which are paid services: Standard Plan and Professional Plan. Users can select the version that meets their needs. Detailed pricing and feature differences can be found on our website.

• Subscriptions and Fees: Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Fees are processed through the app store where you registered (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and may include taxes or currency exchange fees. You are responsible for any additional charges.
• Auto-Renewal: All paid subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal period begins. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the app store or your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to paid services until the period expires.
• Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of the Service. Once a subscription payment is processed, no refunds will be issued. You can manage your subscription in the app store or account settings.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
